Deuteron SR28
Deuteron SR 28 is soluble in water and forms firm gels when used in small quantities. The extremely high thixotropy avoids a breakdown of the solution even in small quantities.
Deuteron SR 28 requires no heat for mixing. It can be stirred into cold water or a liquid agent. Using a higher shearing force would lead to a shorter mixing time and a maximum exploitation of the product respectively. A higher shearing force speeds up the dissolving process and leads to a faster final viscosity and thixotropy.
Application
All aqueous systems, such as dispersion paints (emulsion paints) and adhesives, emulsion plasters, aqueous insulating primers, glues, slurries, water soluble lacquers and printing inks.
