Deuteron LE 200 and Deuteron LE 292 are variants of a quaternary ammonium salt with significantly lower toxicity and less critical labelling than the classic Deuteron LE products. Since the mechanism of action is basically identical, similar effects can also be achieved in most applications. The products are biodegradable according to OECD.
Deuteron LE 200 is a 100 % variant. It is viscous, but does not contain any solvents. This means that the formulation scope can be maintained. Deuteron LE 292is a variant with a much lower viscosity and 90 % active content solved in isopropanol. Due to the low alcohol content, it is very easy to process and compatible with most applications.
